Supporting Schools to Deliver High-Quality SEND Provision

My mission is to empower schools in meeting the diverse needs of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). I work in close collaboration with senior leaders, teachers, and support staff, using a structured self-evaluation process to identify strengths and areas for improvement in current practices. With in-depth knowledge of SEND legislation—including the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act and the Children and Families Act—I provide expert guidance to ensure compliance and ensure staff recognise their legal responsibilities.

I provide ongoing support to schools as they implement and refine their SEND strategies, helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement. This includes conducting regular audits of current practices, offering feedback on the effectiveness of interventions, and supporting schools in adapting to the evolving needs of learners with SEND. By guiding the implementation of effective systems and helping to prioritise key areas for development, I promote enhanced provision and inclusive practice across the whole school setting—enabling schools to grow into leaders in high-quality SEND education.

I offer support for schools, academies, MATs and local authorities with a focus on:

  • Early Years
  • Primary
  • Secondary
  • Special Schools
  • Further Education
