My approach to providing bespoke SEND provision is a collaborative process, tailored to each school’s unique context, priorities, and pupil needs. It begins with a thoughtful needs analysis—through conversations, data reviews, or staff surveys—to ensure the training is targeted and impactful. Working closely with SENCOs and school leaders, sessions are co-designed to focus on key areas and training is practical, interactive, and evidence-informed, incorporating real-life examples, classroom strategies, and flexible delivery options.
