As a former SENCo and Programme Leader for the National Award for SEN Co-ordination I have trained, mentored and worked alongside SENCos in all age phases to enable them to establish and develop effective practice. As a SENCo mentor, I can bring a valuable mix of expertise, experience, and guidance that schools would benefit from.
